Warehouse Lead Location: Bethlehem, PA Pay Rate: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour Forklifts, Freight, and People — You Handle It All. Skills, Requirements, and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English required. Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus. Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse lead, training, quality, or supervisory role. Strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Proficient with computers, including Gmail, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets. Dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to motivate team members to achieve productivity and quality goals. Ability to stand and walk for 10–12-hour shifts and regularly bend, reach, stretch, and lift up to 50 pounds. Capable of safely operating pallet jacks and moving carts throughout the warehouse. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Lead daily warehouse operations within the assigned department while supporting other areas as business needs require. Train, coach, and mentor new and existing team members on warehouse procedures, quality standards, and safety expectations. Promote a positive, team-focused work environment by leading through example and maintaining professional communication. Monitor workflow, conduct quality audits, and proactively identify and resolve operational issues. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality requirements, and established warehouse procedures. Prepare work areas for shift transitions by verifying tasks are completed and outstanding issues are addressed. Identify employee training opportunities and provide guidance to improve productivity, accuracy, and performance. Support warehouse operations by assisting on the floor, maintaining confidentiality, and performing additional duties as assigned.
