Line Cook – Pay Range: $16.18 – $19.52 per hour Line Cook: Prepare food using cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking a variety of meals including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients. Adhere to safe food handling and cleanliness rules to keep guests worry‑free. Qualifications Must be 17 or older. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Compensation & Benefits Free meal each shift. Flexible work schedules. 50% discount on Red Robin food; 25% discount for family. Referral bonuses for bringing new team members. Health, vision, dental, accident, critical illness and hospital indemnity coverage (must be 18+). 401(k) retirement plan with company match to 4% of pay (must be 21+, after 1+ years of service, and 1,000+ hours/year). Paid Time Off: 0.0192 hours for each hour worked (after 1+ years of service, 35+ hours/week).
