Maintenance Mechanic

Position: Millwright Reports to: Project Manager We are looking for a Millwright to join our team in Rossville. The Millwright is responsible for managing project installations and supervising contractors. In this role you will lift, move, and handle large parts of equipment. You will work in a supportive environment where your work has a direct and positive impact on how we function. You have excellent mathematical and mechanical skills. You have great interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). Experience You have 3‑5 years of experience in a manufacturing facility; preferably food manufacturing. Nice‑to‑Have Electrical/Power Engineering ticket. Experience and/or education in lean manufacturing; Six Sigma. Mechanical Training. Certifications. Things You Will Do Manage project installations as directed within the allocated time and budget. Read blueprints, diagrams, and schematic drawings. Operate hoisting/lifting devices and machine tools as needed. Install, align, dismantle, troubleshoot, and move stationary industrial machinery/mechanical equipment using appropriate tools. Work with various departments to ensure company, WCB, safety programs, orientation, and confidentiality statements are in effect.
