DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end user workstation hardware, software, networked peripheral devices, cabling and networking hardware and software products. Basic understanding of servers, including file, print and backup servers and their associated operating systems and software. Receive and respond to incoming calls, pages, and Samanage ticketing system within 4-hour response time. Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis. Adhere to procedures or logging, reporting, using Samanage Ticketing system. Will keep the I.T. Manager informed of any, and all issues that may occur. Practice and always maintain confidentiality. Attend all mandatory meetings. All other duties assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Computer Science Degree or 3 years work experience. Working technical knowledge of network and PC Operating systems, including Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 10 Microsoft Server Systems. Extensive application and support experience with Microsoft Office 2003-2016. Working technical knowledge of current computer hardware, protocols, and standards. Understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives. Strong written and oral communication skills. Self-motivated and directed.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a High School Diploma or GED. Adjust to a flexible schedule and be reliable. Must be available 24/7 Must be able to multi-task.Required to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours). Must be dependable, reliable, and able to work alternating shifts including peak hours, promotions, holidays, and weekends. Must be 18 at time of hire. Must be able to demonstrate their US work authorization during the employment verification process. Must be able to pass a background investigation. Must be able to pass a pre-employment Drug Test. Must have a valid Wyoming Driver’s License.l>Li>Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License.
