Strategic Airport Property & Contracts Lead
City of Boise
The City of Boise seeks a Property & Contracts Manager to lead a dynamic portfolio of airport property, commercial and tenant relations programs. You’ll negotiate aviation and non-aviation leases and contracts, while guiding strategic property development and leading a dedicated team to drive key initiatives.
This senior role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in commercial aviation property management or related leasing, with strong leadership, collaboration and decision-making skills.
