Maintenance/Cleaner

Job Summary

We are hiring Maintenance / Cleaners to join our team! This hands-on role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility by performing routine cleaning and basic maintenance tasks throughout the building. Candidates with experience as a Janitor, Custodian, Industrial Cleaner, Environmental Services Technician, Facilities Maintenance Worker, Housekeeper, Sanitation Worker, or General Laborer are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize production areas, offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and empty trash throughout the facility
• Restock cleaning supplies and restroom products as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Perform routine facility upkeep and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Follow all company safety procedures and cleaning protocols
• Assist with basic facility maintenance and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, industrial cleaning, housekeeping, maintenance, or general labor experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
