CQI & Evaluation Lead for Community Programs
SGA Youth and Family Services
SGA Youth & Family Services is seeking a leader to drive Evaluation and Continuous Quality Improvement across programs in Chicago. You will guide data collection, analysis, and reporting to support program improvement and funder reporting. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, experience with data systems (including Excel and Efforts-to-Outcomes), and the ability to manage a team of staff and interns.
