Express Employment on 61st and Center is currently recruiting for a Bilingual Receptionist to join a local company in Omaha, NE!


Position Details:
• Type: Evaluation Hire
• Schedule: 7am - 4pm
• Location: Omaha, NE
• Pay/Salary: $18+


Job Duties:
• Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls in English and Spanish
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, mail, faxes)
• Maintain front desk operations and office organization
• Provide administrative support to office staff as needed
• Accurately enter and update information in office systems
• Other duties as assigned


Requirements:
• Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
