Responsibilities
- Post daily EFTs from lenders and manufacturer
- Oversee various schedules within Office departments
- Prepare and mail trade payoffs
- Special projects, filing and other duties as needed
- Reconcile & Cap Deals
- Process Documents Received with Deal
- Checks to Lien Holders
- Ensure Required Documents Received to Protect Company
- Receipt in Payments
- Heat Sheet
- Scan Paperwork Daily
- Compile Licensing Paperwork
Qualifications
- Experience as a clerk in a dealership
- Available to work flexible hours on weeknights
- Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel
- Collaborative personality and professional personal appearance
- Valid driver's license
