Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a reliable and experienced Field Operations Coordinator to conduct vehicle assessments and coordinate directly with dealerships. This is a field-based role operating Sunday through Thursday, 9 AM to 6 PM PST. - Conduct detailed vehicle inspections (engine, transmission, interior, exterior) using a mobile application.
- Submit accurate inspection reports electronically.
- Travel to dealerships to assess vehicles prior to sale, ensuring compliance with operational standards.
- Communicate regularly with operations and sales teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Coordinate directly with dealerships to support vehicle preparation and inspection timelines.
- Distribute marketing materials to dealers to support sales efforts.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on automotive experience (mechanic or equivalent technical role).
- Familiarity with key components such as differentials, transmissions, lower end of engine, and transfer cases.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record; ability to travel locally to dealership locations.
- Proficiency with mobile technology and digital inspection/reporting tools.
