Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment planning for a wide patient mix, with emphasis on pediatric and outpatient populations
- Develop, implement, and document individualized therapy plans of care; monitor progress and adjust as needed
- Deliver therapy services across outpatient caseload and contribute to acute care and swing bed program requirements as assigned
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team; communicate with patients, families, and caregivers about goals and progress
- Ensure patient safety, infection control, and adherence to documentation standards; maintain accurate records and timely re-evaluation

Requirements
- Pediatric experience is required
- No new graduates accepted
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload including pediatric, neonatal through hospice, with outpatient-focused care and occasional acute care swing bed involvement
- Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Eligible for a travel assignment and able to commit to a 13-week term
