Senior Technical Program Manager

Salary: $142,000 - 194,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a minimum of 5 years of combined experience in project management, data analysis, and direct business experience within a specialized function.
• We prefer a bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• We prefer PMP or Scrum Master certification.
• We need proven ability to work cross-functionally with both functional and technical teams.
• We value experience building and managing reporting tools for programs, such as scorecards and KPI metrics, to generate insights into program strategy.
• We look for demonstrated ability to balance quantitative and qualitative measures to provide a holistic perspective.
• We require expert-level Excel skills, including dynamic pivot reports and data visualization.
• We need the ability to influence through data visualization and interpretation.
• We expect candidates to be self-directed and able to work independently as well as in a team setting.

• We define scope, build roadmaps, and manage planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk mitigation, stakeholder coordination, and status communication for our programs.
• We align with multiple stakeholders and secure sponsorship to support successful delivery of owned programs.
• We provide clear visibility into progress versus plan, including regular status updates to senior management.
• We help establish scalable frameworks, including processes and tools, for end-to-end program execution and apply project management standards and documentation best practices.
• We proactively identify process improvement opportunities and recommend changes to program leadership.
• We foster cross-functional teamwork and encourage collaboration, coordination, and consistent communication among stakeholders.
• We build trusted relationships with partner teams, both internal and external, to understand priorities and maintain alignment.
• We support organizational change management planning with relevant stakeholders.
• We work with limited day-to-day supervision and handle additional duties as assigned.
