Strategic Compensation Analyst
Chicago Bridge & Iron Company
CB&I Compensation Specialist designs, implements, and administers compensation programs to keep them competitive, equitable, and aligned with CB&I's business strategy. The role analyzes market data, maintains salary structures, and partners with HR and business leaders to provide insights and recommendations on pay decisions.
You will support base pay, incentives, and bonus programs, conduct market pricing, and help ensure pay transparency and equity.
