Manage inventory, merchandise presentation, and stock levels to meet sales targets. Evaluate financial performance, control expenses, and monitor business trends. Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and security standards. Ensure proper cash handling, accountability, and adherence to cash control procedures. Lead by example in opening, closing, and managing daily store activities. Communicate performance expectations and foster a collaborative, customer-focused environment. Qualifications & Skills Ability to interpret operational documents and perform basic math. Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, cash handling, and safety policies. Effective communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Preferred experience includes management in retail; high school diploma or equivalent is advantageous. Bilingual abilities may be preferred in some locations. Physical & Work Environment Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 55 pounds). Occasional climbing, driving, and exposure to outside weather conditions. Fast-paced setting with moderate noise levels.
