How you will make an impact
- Greet and assist visitors, answer high-volume calls, and direct inquiries.
- Support recruiting activities: pre-employment testing, background checks, and new hire onboarding.
- Maintain HR records, update employee data in HRIS systems (ADP, Procore, Bernie Portal), and prepare reports.
- Help coordinate open enrollment, benefits administration, and HR events.
- Assistwith employee relations matters, safety compliance, and policy updates.
- Manage administrative tasks like timekeeping, OSHA logs, labor law postings, and HR communications.
- Support continuous improvement by suggesting process enhancements.
What You Need to Succeed
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldand or3+yearsproven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive in the industrial contractingsector.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases, ADP preferred,notrequired.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Familiarity with industrial safety, workforce planning, and employment regulations specific to the construction or industrial sectors.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strongattention to detailand excellent organizational skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of thecompany.
- Ability tohandleconfidential information with care.
