Key Responsibilities As a Staff Pharmacist, you support the Pharmacy Manager and oversee all pharmacy operations, including patient safety, professional practice, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, customer service, personnel and inventory management, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow management. Lead with heart – display empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers and team members. Motivate and develop Pharmacy Support Staff, balancing assignments to maximize strengths and reduce knowledge gaps. Identify critical business opportunities and contribute to meaningful solutions that drive growth and improve performance. Implement solutions, leading the team to achieve specific goals. Adapt to change and adjust plans to thrive in a dynamic community health care setting. Seek new ways to grow, collaborate, and deliver better outcomes. Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List. Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA). No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances. Education Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree. Anticipated Weekly Hours 30 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is $60.00 – $76.00 per hour. Actual base salary will depend on experience, education, geography and other factors. This position may be eligible for additional incentive compensation.
