YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You will oversee daily call center operations, ensuring optimal staffing, workflow efficiency, and service quality
• You will recruit, train, develop, and lead a high-performing team focused on delivering premium customer service
• You will partner with domestic and international teams to resolve complex customer issues effectively
• You will manage escalated customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions
• You will implement strategies to improve call center performance, response times, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• You will maintain service excellence by aligning customer interactions with SIXT brand standards and continuous improvement initiatives

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Education & Experience You have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or 5+ years of progressive contact center management experience
• Contact Center Leadership You have proven success leading call center or customer service operations, ideally within the rental car or travel industry; global experience is a plus
• Leadership & Development You have strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, motivate, develop, and manage diverse teams effectively
• Communication & Problem Solving You have excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
• Workforce Management & Analytics You have a strong understanding of workforce management principles, contact center metrics, and data-driven performance optimization
• Organization & Agility You have strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
