For more information about us please visit We are looking for a full‑time Medical Receptionist specialist for our San Francisco medical office location. This team member is vital part of BAFC as s/he is nearly always the first contact people have with our practice. The successful candidate will work well with our existing team of professionals to create an environment strong in customer service, organization and responsibility while supporting a smooth operating office. Primary responsibilities include: Answer multiple‑line telephone with a consistently amazing attitude Ensure new patient appointments are scheduled promptly Schedule/book follow‑up patient appointments Take messages accurately and ensure follow‑through Provide superior customer service Route electronic faxes to the correct team member Other duties may include: Confirming insurance benefits and deductibles Use of electronic medical records Faxing, copying, stocking Assist the doctors and office medical staff with various duties Experience and Qualifications: Work calmly under pressure Knowledgeable in switching between tasks and detail oriented Well organized and punctual Impressive people and customer service skills Enjoy helping others Positive person, skilled in communication and listening Responsible and trustworthy Wear professional attire, behavior and language Prior medical front office experience REQUIRED Job Type: Full‑time Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday No weekends Experience: EMR system: 1 year (Preferred) Medical office: 1 year (Preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr Balance Health
