Job Position: Forklift
Environment: Cold Storage / Freezer Warehouse Location: Fort Worth, TX 76106 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM | $19.75/hr Description:Job Responsibilities- Safely operate a stand-up forklift in a fast-paced cold-storage environment.
- Pick, move, stage, and put away products throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload products as needed.
- Transport pallets to designated storage and shipping locations.
- Follow pick tickets, warehouse locations, and inventory instructions accurately.
- Inspect the forklift before use and report any equipment or safety concerns.
- Maintain productivity while working in temperatures reaching -10°F .
- Follow all warehouse, food-storage, PPE, and forklift safety procedures.
- Keep work areas organized and free of safety hazards.
- Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
- Previous Stand-Up Forklift experience required .
- Must be comfortable working in a cold/freezer environment down to -10°F .
- Must be able to wear the required freezer suit/cold-storage PPE .
- Ability to work an 8-9 hour shift and remain on your feet as needed.
- Must be dependable and have good attendance.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse.
- Must be able to follow instructions and meet productivity expectations.
