CHARGE NURSE - COMFORT CARE NURSING CENTER

Registered Nurse (RN) – Charge NurseProvides high-quality nursing care; supervises/coordinates LPNs and CNAs; ensures regulatory compliance and safe operations.Current RN license; strong communication/documentation skills.Leadership/preceptor experience preferred.Coordinate unit workflow; rounds and oversight.Perform/oversee assessments and documentation.Staff education and consultation; medication safety.Risk prevention; communicate with residents/families.Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods.Frequent bending, reaching, squatting, and kneeling.Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs independently; >50 lbs with assistance/devices.Assist with patient repositioning and transfers using proper body mechanics and equipment.Manual dexterity for clinical procedures and computer use; adequate vision, hearing, and speech.All candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of this position.
