Project Coordinator

Project Coordinator North West Handling Systems, Inc., the Pacific Northwest's largest full-line material handling distributor, is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with emphasis on order entry involving a variety of product lines. This position is in the office and supports outside sales staff within the Anchorage, AK office. Project Coordinator Job Responsibilities Order entry and management Inventory control Purchasing and tracking sales from initial order to delivery and/or installation Updating customers and salesmen on existing open orders Prepping orders for future invoicing Scheduling and coordinating freight Starting Pay: $29.00-$31.00 per hour Full Benefits: 401(k), Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Plan, Life Insurance, and Short Term Disability. Position Requirements Strong organizational and priority management skills Order entry/management experience Ability to efficiently handle a high volume workload Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) Team player Commitment to outstanding customer service Excellent communication skills Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience Additional Skills (a plus) Working knowledge of the material handling industry Working knowledge of Microsoft Business Central (Dynamics) Operating System for order entry/management Employment Type: Full-Time We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
