AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

Your Role As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Job Description As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day, providing every guest a great shopping experience. Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests, educate on AE & Aerie products, introduce the loyalty program, and maintain an innovative problem‑solving mindset. Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed. Your Responsibilities Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with guests and help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a friends‑first mindset. Educate guests on product details and make product suggestions that fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy. Assist your team in getting the job done. Adhere to AEO policies and procedures, acting with integrity. You'd Be Great for this Role If You love interacting with people. Pay/Benefits Information Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location. Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide real rewards at its discretion.
