Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and mental health evaluations to comprehend the unique needs of each client.
• Craft and implement personalized treatment strategies tailored to individual client goals, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based individual therapy to adult clients, applying techniques grounded in solution-focused and cognitive behavioral therapy principles.
• Utilize our user-friendly teletherapy platform to manage virtual sessions, ensuring effective and seamless communication with clients.
• Provide timely crisis intervention services when necessary, ensuring client safety and well-being.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with mental health best practices and enhance therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and stress management. The diversity of our client base allows for a rich professional experience, as you will encounter a range of perspectives and circumstances, fostering your growth as a mental health professional.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities to handle a varied caseload.
• Must have no history of disciplinary actions on record.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in telehealth or remote therapy settings is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and continuous professional development.
• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding cultural sensitivities in mental health care.
