Staff Accountant

Corporate Accountant – Publicly Traded Global Company North Dallas, TX | Hybrid | Up to $90K I’m partnering with a growing, publicly traded global industrial company that is adding a Corporate Accountant to its North Dallas-area accounting team due to continued growth. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career accountant who wants strong mentorship, exposure to senior leadership, career growth, and work-life balance . Corporate Accountant Location: North Dallas / Addison area Compensation: Up to $90K Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 remote Reason Open: Newly created position due to growth Reports directly to the Controller (who is great by the way!) Excellent visibility to senior Accounting & Finance leadership What You'll Do Participate in month-end, quarter-end and year-end close Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation Prepare and review account reconciliations Assist with financial reporting and accounting research Support internal and external audits Assist with SOX/internal control documentation and testing Participate in accounting initiatives and special projects What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience Hands-on experience with journal entries, general ledger, reconciliations and month-end close Understanding of US GAAP and financial statements Able to work with urgency and manage multiple priorities High-achieving personality while still being collaborative, approachable and kind Why Consider It?
