Reporting to the on-site Administrator and partnering closely with the Medical Director and an engaged interdisciplinary team, the Long Term Care Nursing Director will lead clinical operations end-to-end—overseeing staffing and scheduling for RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, driving QAPI initiatives, strengthening infection prevention, elevating resident experience, and ensuring survey readiness and regulatory compliance; the Long Term Care Nursing Director will be supported by collaborative nurse leaders, attentive administrative personnel, and friendly nurses within a diverse, inclusive team that values mentorship, professional development, and everyday teamwork.
