School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-Time

• Competitive hourly rate, Starting at $80 /hour (DOE)

Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support a K-12 school district in the San Jacinto area for the entire 2026-2027 school year . This is an onsite role serving students across one or more school sites within the district.

The SLP will play a key role in supporting students' communication, academic access, and social participation, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary school teams.

The ideal candidate is a student-focused clinician with school-based experience, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work effectively within an educational environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to K-12 students

• Conduct speech-language evaluations, assessments, and reassessments

• Develop IEP goals, accommodations, and service recommendations

• Address articulation, phonology, expressive and receptive language, fluency, voice, pragmatics, and functional communication

• Support student access to curriculum and classroom participation

• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration

• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation, progress reports, and service logs

• Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers

• Travel between assigned school sites within the district, as needed

• Support implementation of classroom strategies, accommodations, and communication supports

Requirements:

• Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license

• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred (CFY candidates may be considered, if applicable)

• School-based or pediatric experience preferred

• Ability to manage a full-time K-12 caseload

• Availability for 37.5 hours per week for the 2026-2027 school year

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

• Reliable transportation for site-to-site travel
