Vice President of Finance

A premier multi-property hospitality and lodging group is seeking a strategic and highly skilled financial leader to serve as its Vice President of Finance . Position Responsibilities Lead all financial operations, including accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), treasury, and compliance. Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute long-term financial strategies and five-year business plans. Direct the budgeting and forecasting processes while implementing benchmarks to measure financial and operational performance. Oversee construction accounting and capital project management, tracking budgets, costs, and timelines for development and renovation initiatives. Act as the primary liaison with lenders, including conventional and CMBS financing partners, and manage external relations with auditors and government agencies. Maintain a robust internal control environment and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal reporting requirements. Design and develop high-performing finance and accounting teams to support organizational growth. Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a CPA or MBA is strongly preferred. At least 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, specifically within the hospitality, hotels/resorts, real estate, or country club sectors. Extensive experience in construction accounting and managing the financial aspects of large-scale capital projects. Proven expertise in multi-entity and multi-property financial structures. Strong background in managing lender relationships and navigating CMBS financing. Must be currently local to the Orlando area and able to work onsite full-time.
