Our client is a growing manufacturer that has a broad customer base, excellent benefits and a great work atmosphere.  They are in need of a Machining Supervisor with some CNC exposure/experience to join their team on 1st shift.

Duties and responsibilities of the Machining Supervisor include:
Coaching, training and mentoring employees
Ensuring production goals are being met
Ensuring safety on the plant floor
Ensuring quality of product
Developing and maintaining SOP
Planning operations and preparing schedules

Requirements for the Machining Supervisor position include:
Previous non-union supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility 
Experience in a CNC or machining facility
This is a 1st shift position.  Must be able to work 1st shift
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Hands-on
