Title: Maintenance & Reliability Manager
Location: Georgetown, SC (chemical manufacturing site with 5–6 production units)
Team size: ~15–20 reports (reliability techs, millwrights, E&I, planner, etc.)
Comp: $135K–$145K (bonus not guaranteed)
Position Overvie
wThi s role focused on maintenance, reliability, and technical services in a manufacturing/chemical plant environment (located in Georgetown, South Carolin a). This person oversees the Technical Services Department to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production operations. It is a strategic, hands-on position in a family-operated company

- t.Conduc t root cause analys es for recurring equipment issues and implement corrective action
- s.Manag e CM MS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) performance, spare parts, planning, and schedulin
- g.Partner with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and Safety teams to maximize equipment uptim
- e.Support capital projects, technical reviews, and compliance with standards (OSHA, API, ASME, ISO, etc.
- ).Facilitate process hazard analyses (e.g., HAZOP, What-If) and sustainability/energy optimization initiative
- s.Lead and mentor a team including a Reliability Engineer, Lead Millwright, Lead E&I Technician, and Maintenance Planne
