Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM (No nights, no weekends)

Pay Range: $20.00 – $23.00 / hour

About the Role

Colorado Springs Urology and Northcare Advanced Surgery Center are seeking a dependable, organized, and skilled Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our outpatient surgical team. This full-time position centers on providing specialized clinical support for various urological procedures. Key Responsibilities

• Support providers and surgical staff with pre-procedure, intra-procedure, and post-procedure patient care.
• Room patients, obtain vitals, and accurately record health history and chief complaints in the EMR system.
• Prepare surgical suites and procedure rooms with appropriate sterile supplies and specialized urological equipment.
• Assist physicians during in-office and outpatient urological procedures.
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control, sterilization, and safety standards within the surgery center.
• Maintain clear communication with patients regarding pre-procedure preparation and post-procedure discharge instructions.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification in the state of Colorado (Required).
• Prior clinical experience in a hospital, ambulatory surgery center, or outpatient specialty clinic (Required).
• Strong familiarity or comfort with procedural care and outpatient surgical workflows.
• High attention to detail, clinical documentation accuracy, and strong infection control practices.
• Exceptional patient communication, empathy, and team-oriented mindset.
