Home Time: Home weekly for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are designed to ensure steady miles while allowing for regular family and personal time.

Equipment: Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, all equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems to ensure comfort. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as there’s safe parking available.

No Touch Freight: We primarily deal with dry van freight, boasting 95% no-touch and 85% drop-and-hook operations. This means less physical labor, allowing you to focus on driving and efficiency.

Pay and Miles: Drivers typically earn between $1,200 and $1,600 weekly based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay as per customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.

Running Area: Routes cover Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Idaho, and Montana. All tolls are managed through EZ Pass and toll cards.
