About the Position

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to surgical patients before, during, and after procedures.
• Serve as the OR Circulator , coordinating activities within the operating room.
• Maintain patient safety and ensure adherence to surgical protocols.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Perform patient assessments and demonstrate strong prioritization and critical-thinking skills.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as required.
• Assist with procedures while following patient-safety guidelines.
• Coordinate patient flow and help ensure efficient delivery of care.
• Advocate for patient preferences, safety, and effective communication.
• Provide patient and family education as appropriate.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and adhere to organizational policies and standard

Requirements

• Active RN license in Colorado or a valid compact-state RN license.
• BLS certification – Required
• ACLS certification – Required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
• Previous Operating Room/OR Circulator experience required.
