This performance-based offer high earning potential of $40,000 to $75,000/year .

ABOUT THIS ROLE

Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, 7 am to 4 pm . You'll dispatch directly to job sites from your home each day-no need to check in at a central office. Weekly team meetings will be held in West Plains, MO. Our service area covers a one-hour radius around Mountain Home, Arkansas.

Each day, you will assess their needs and recommend solutions, performing thorough inspections of shingles, metal and flat roofs, flashing, ventilation, decking, siding, gutters, windows, and attic insulation. As you identify storm, wind, hail, or age-related damage, you will document your findings with photos and detailed notes. You will measure roof and house dimensions using manual or aerial tools, educate customers about materials, warranties, and financing options, and prepare precise estimates. Every interaction will be an opportunity to build trust and help customers make informed decisions about protecting their property.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN EXPERIENCED ROOFING AND EXTERIOR ESTIMATOR

• 2+ years of estimating experience (residential or commercial)
• Experience in roofing, siding, and construction
• Proven track record of bidding and winning profitable projects
• Knowledge of all trades, including roofing, siding, soffit, fascia, gutters, windows, spray foam, blown-in, and roof coatings (preferred)
