We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Customer Support to join our fast-paced, collaborative team. In this onsite role, you will act as a vital link between our customers and internal sales agents, managing product returns, repairs, and credits. You will gain extensive knowledge of popular consumer electronics-including earbuds, mobile phones, and gaming accessories-to deliver top-tier support via phone, email, and messaging platforms. Additionally, you will play a hands-on role in quality control, product testing, and daily inventory management.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour to start. (Starting pay is determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate's prior work experience, education, job-specific certifications, and technical skills).
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (100% ONSITE). Possible overtime may be required.

Responsibilities Include

• Customer & Sales Coordination: Partner with customers and internal sales agents to process customer support requests, merchandise replacements, credits, and equipment repairs.
• Product Testing & Reporting: Evaluate and report on the status of all returns, repairs, and equipment defects.
• Inventory & RMA Management: Monitor RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) inventory control on a continuous basis and conduct daily inventory counts.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the quick, accurate shipment of products.

Skills and Qualifications

• Core Requirements: Good attendance, a professional attitude, reliable transportation, and the ability to listen and follow instructions closely.
• Technical & Core Skills: Basic experience with inventory and quality control, strong problem-solving abilities, and keen attention to detail.
• Communication: Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer Skills: Proficient computer skills are required (though you will receive full training on our specific system).
• Physical & Environment: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and a preference for a fast-paced, demanding, team-oriented environment.
