Manufacturing Controller

Newark, Delaware (Multi-Site Oversight) Up to $160,000 Base + Bonus Approximately 25% Travel Throughout the Northeast & Southeast U.S. We are seeking an experienced Plant Accounting Controller to lead financial operations across multiple manufacturing locations supporting operations throughout the Northeast and Southeast regions. This high-visibility leadership role partners closely with plant leadership, operations, and executive management to drive financial performance, operational efficiency, cost control, and strategic growth initiatives across several facilities. Key Responsibilities Lead all plant accounting and financial reporting activities across multiple manufacturing sites Partner with operations leadership to improve profitability and operational KPIs Oversee: Cost accounting Inventory controls Standard costing Variance analysis CAPEX reporting Ensure strong internal controls and SOX compliance Support month-end and year-end close processes Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance and operations Provide financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership Travel approximately 25% to manufacturing facilities throughout the Northeast and Southeast Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred) 8+ years of progressive accounting/finance leadership experience Strong manufacturing and plant accounting background required Multi-site manufacturing experience highly preferred Cost accounting ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or similar) Financial planning & analysis Strong leadership, communication, and business partnership skills Base salary up to $160K Annual performance bonus 401(k) with company match Career advancement opportunity within a growing organization Apply Interested candidates can apply directly through LinkedIn or send a confidential resume/message for consideration. #J-18808-Ljbffr
