*Responsibilities*

Provide legal advice to clients who have suffered personal injuries

Evaluate the damages and assess liability

Prepare and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests

Negotiate settlements with opposing parties

Represent clients in court

Stay updated on the latest changes in personal injury law

Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of information

Conduct legal research and analysis

Collaborate with legal assistants and paralegals

*Qualifications*

Proven work experience as a personal injury lawyer or attorney

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

License to practice law in the state

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Familiarity with case management software

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
