- Must have robotics experience - Level I Trauma experience required - Required certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) - RNs Circulate is needed, Scrub RN experience is a big plus - Familiarity with EMR systems: Cerner and Surginet - Trauma, ortho trauma, and general experience are a must - BSN is not required - Valid nursing license required - Additional local requirements on distance and source of truth via driver's license - Pass/fail SIMs Lab is mandatory, focusing on skills such as Foley catheter insertion and maintaining a sterile field
