Online Order Filling associates focus on accurately locating, preparing, packaging, and dispensing online orders to customers. Responsibilities include making product substitutions, verifying order accuracy, and engaging with customers during dispensing to ensure satisfaction.
What you’ll do
- Locate and prepare merchandise for online orders in a fast‑paced environment, often moving between departments.
- Engage customers during dispensing and address any questions or concerns.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe sell‑floor.
- Follow company procedures for product substitutions and customer documentation.
Additional compensation may include performance incentives and hourly premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00, depending on schedule, facility, season, and specific work performed.
