LPN or Paramedic (PRN)

Job Overview Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Paramedic – Onsite Health Technician, PRN (as needed) – Kansas City, MO. Clinic hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This is not a full‑time position; hours are variable and based on clinic coverage needs. Responsibilities Participate in daily operations at Medcor’s on‑site clinic. Provide primary clinical care for occupational and urgent care patients. Assess and treat workplace injuries and illnesses using Medcor Care Protocols (MCPs). Support on‑site employee health and wellness initiatives. Conduct pre‑employment and post‑offer screenings. Document care using EMR and other tools. Perform case management and medical charting. Maintain OSHA record‑keeping. Build and maintain relationships with internal team members. Qualifications Valid licensure as LPN or Paramedic. Current CPR/BLS certification. Strong computer and technology skills, including EMR use. Physical ability to lift 50 lb emergency response bag. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Positive, outgoing personality and willingness to go above and beyond. Passion for patient care and a sense of humor. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a worksite clinic environment. Background in occupational health. Experience in emergency medicine or critical care.
