Sales Support, Clinical Specialist (Coronary Image Guided Therapy) (Jackson, MS)

Your role:

• Supporting Territory Manager(s) and the Regional Sales Manager with sales activities that include procedure coverage, uncovering new opportunities for IGTD product penetration into assigned territory, and maintaining existing customers.
• Working independently to achieve business objectives and sales metrics set forth by the Philips IGTD division.
• Building solid customer relations by interfacing directly with customers including hospital physicians, catheter laboratories, operating room personnel and business office staff, training/education, research, and supporting equipment and software.
• Interfacing with Marketing, R&D and other internal groups to quantify needs and to provide intelligence to management on competitive products and company product enhancements.
• Providing ongoing support for company-sponsored clinical/marketing trials and registries.

You're the right fit if:

• You’ve acquired 3+ years’ direct experience working in a hospital within a clinical setting and/or the medical device field.
• Your skills include:
  • The ability to perform in-service training, product education, and one-on-one coaching.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management.
  • An understanding of cath lab procedures, devices, and workflows (highly preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field or 2+ years of above-related experience with an Associate's degree; 4+ years of above-related experience with no degree. Cardiovascular Radiologic Technologist (CRT), Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT), Registered Nurse (RN) or CVIS/RCIS (highly preferred).
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.
• You’re a strong communicator, both written and verbal.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $121,750 to $174,000 annually, plus company fleet/car.  Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. 

Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution ), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here .

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.  For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Jackson, MS .
