Our client seeks a Salesforce CRM developer to partner with Sales and Service teams and translate business vision into secure, reliable solutions on the Salesforce platform. The role supports the Platform squad within the Associate Digital Experience Product Area, enabling innovation and building capabilities that deliver effective experiences for clients and associates.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $60.00 to $65.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with business partners across Sales and Service to design and deliver Salesforce CRM solutions.
- Build and maintain a secure and reliable Salesforce platform that enables partner teams and fosters innovation.
- Create Lightning applications using Lightning Design System, Lightning App Builder, and Lightning Web Components.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, callouts, SOQL, workflows, approvals, flows, process builders, and platform events.
- Design scalable data models aligned with Salesforce best practices and governor limits.
- Integrate Salesforce with RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Execute full SDLC with DevOps and CI/CD using Jenkins and Salesforce DX.
- Administer Salesforce orgs including profiles, roles, and security configurations.
- Support large-scale implementations, integrations, interfaces, and data conversions.
- Bachelor’s in computer science or related field with 6+ years of CRM development experience, or Master’s with 4+ years of CRM development.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Certified Salesforce Developer.
- Proficiency with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Force.com development.
- Strong Lightning Web Components expertise.
- Expertise with Salesforce APIs and Apex development.
- Knowledge of RESTful API development and Salesforce integrations.
- Proven SDLC, DevOps, and CI/CD experience with Jenkins and Salesforce DX.
- Salesforce administration and end-user security knowledge.
- Effective communication with business partners.
- Bachelor’s in computer science or related field with 6+ years of CRM development experience, or Master’s in computer science or related field with 4+ years of CRM development.

The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range. W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
