This position is on-site in the** ***Gulf Coast and South Texas Region, with options*****in Humble ISD, Texas City ISD, and Brownsville ISD**.We are looking for a clinician who is knowledgeableand can deliver compassionate care to our **pediatric**patients in school settings, contribute to the multidisciplinary team, and collaborate with families to deliver a plan of care.### Responsibilities* Conduct pediatric patient assessments and evaluations to determine their physical condition, limitations, medical histories, and personal goals* Confer with physicians, patients and their families, nurses, therapists, social workers, and other members of a patient's care team* Develop a treatment plan for pediatric patients with specific goals and tasks that will help them meet those goals* Assess pediatric patient's progress against goals and prepare reports for healthcare providers and insurance agencies* Complete all clinical notes in a timely manner using the company's EMR system* Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations## Qualifications* Degree from an accredited Speech Therapy program* Current and unrestricted TX Speech Therapy license; or ability to apply* At least three years of experience as a pediatric speech therapist is preferred* Continued education requirements maintained* Compassionate and caring demeanor* Current CPR certification* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Fluent in Spanish**- PREFERRED****Hours:** Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8:00 am - 6:00 pm CST and Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CSTExperience the difference of working with a close-knit team of dedicated therapists who value collaboration, mentorship, and shared professional growth.* Competitive compensation that recognizes your expertise* Flexible scheduling that empowers you to maintain work-life balance* A referral bonus program to reward your network* A clear pathway for career advancement through leadership development and internal promotion opportunitiesJoin us and build a rewarding career in an environment that invests in your success.- 2Within 2-3 business days, recruiting reviews your role fit, license status, preferred setting, and availability.- 3A recruiter follows up to discuss schedule, cross-licensing support, compensation model, and next steps. #J-18808-Ljbffr
