Supply Chain Manager

Compensation: Up to $180,000 (depending on experience) We are seeking a Manufacturing Supply Chain Manager to lead and improve end-to-end supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment. This role will focus on driving efficiency, managing procurement and inventory, and ensuring alignment between materials, production, and delivery. Job Duties Oversee daily supply chain operations including procurement, production support, and material flow Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business goals Manage inventory levels, reduce excess and obsolete stock, and improve forecasting accuracy Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing and contracts Lead ERP system implementation and support system improvements across sites Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure production timelines and customer demands are met Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and reduce costs Lead, mentor, and develop a team while promoting accountability and performance Ensure compliance with company policies and mitigate supply chain risks Qualifications Proven experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and production support Experience with ERP systems and implementations Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience within building products or a related manufacturing industry Background in process improvement and cost reduction initiatives Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions Health insurance, dental insurance, and life insurance are offered with this full-time direct hire role.
