Registered Nurse

Fulton Center is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high‑quality patient care in a collaborative clinical setting. The RN will complete assessments, develop and implement care plans, administer medications and treatments, and monitor patient responses. You will coordinate with physicians, therapists, and families to support optimal outcomes, document care accurately in electronic health records, and maintain compliance with all clinical and safety standards. RNs will precept new staff, educate patients and families, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery and patient satisfaction.
