Our competitive benefits package, including a robust 401(k) plan with matching, comprehensive health coverage, and generous paid time off, is tailored to support your well-being and work-life balance.Compensation:$21 - $23 hourlyResponsibilities:Operate loader equipment efficiently and safely.Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks to ensure equipment is in optimal condition.Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and achieve project goals.Adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to report progress and any issues.Assist in loading and unloading materials, ensuring accuracy and care.Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance activities for reporting purposes.Qualifications:Strong work ethic and physical ability to lift 30+ pounds.Must have reliable transportation to get to work.Knowledge of the proper operation of heavy equipment, as well as safety standards.Must pass drug screen and background check.This position is out in the elements; the candidate must be willing to work outside.Physical Requirements:Vision: adequate to enter and read material on computer screens.
