Health Navigator

Providing phone, email, and chat-based customer service, the full-time Health Navigator I will assist members of specific groups by analyzing inquiries related to benefits and health program options while working from home. Key responsibilities: Answer medical, dental, and pharmacy inquiries from customers, providing solutions and confirming eligibility Conduct detailed research and follow-up to resolve member issues, collaborating with internal departments as needed Utilize multiple resources to assist members in understanding and accessing health programs and benefits Required qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Experience in claim processing or customer service, preferably in a medical, dental, or pharmacy setting Practical knowledge of medical, dental, and pharmacy terminology Ability to complete training as a Customer Service Representative with the organization Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook and Teams
