Join Our Team as a Medication Technician in Burlington, NC!

We’re currently seeking a skilled and caring Medication Technician to join our team and help us continue our mission of enhancing the lives of those we serve.

As a Medication Technician, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the health and well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering medications to residents in accordance with their care plans and physician instructions.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of medication administration.
• Monitoring residents for any changes in condition or reactions to medications and promptly reporting concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Assisting with daily living activities as needed to ensure residents are comfortable and cared for.
• Collaborating with our dedicated care team to create a safe and supportive environment for residents.

We’re searching for a compassionate and detail-oriented individual who meets the following qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in an assisted living or memory care setting.
• Strong understanding of medication administration procedures and protocols.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A caring and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
