Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

American Family Care is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high-quality urgent and primary care in a busy, walk-in clinic. In this role, you’ll independently evaluate patients of all ages, perform exams and procedures, order and interpret labs and x-rays, and prescribe appropriate treatments. You’ll work with a collaborative clinical team in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment focused on accessibility, respect, and clinical excellence, with opportunities for ongoing training, professional growth, and community impact across AFC’s expanding national network.
