Key Responsibilities of the LPN / LVN

• Provide nursing care within the post-acute care setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist in patient assessments and charting
• Ensure compliance with nursing protocols and policies
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members

Requirements of the LPN / LVN

• Valid LPN/LVN license in South Dakota
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to work PRN shifts
