Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF

$2420.80/week -

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess residents health status and develop individualized care plans.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  
  
• 
  Monitor residents conditions and respond to changes promptly.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care.
  
  
• 
  Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with regulations.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid RN license in the state.
  
  
• 
  Previous LTC and PCC experience preferred.
  
  
• 
  Ability to assess and prioritize patient needs effectively.
  
  
• 
  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• 
  Familiarity with regulatory guidelines for LTC/SNF facilities.
  
  
• 
  Reliable with the ability to work a 40-day contract with notice requirements.
